The Ephemeral A Collaborative Dinner with Libretto Café & Pause & Pivot Farm

On the evening of June 6th, Farm Kitchen Workshop joins forces with friends from Libretto Café — Holyoke's from-scratch Italian café — for a dinner built around what the season is offering in our valley at this moment. The menu will be created for one night only, not repeated. And connections made around the table will only exist for this night, too.
The Ephemeral is a set menu dinner moving through a mix of prix fixe courses and family-style dishes, designed collaboratively by our two kitchens. Expect the kind of food that we’re each passionate about: produce and eggs from Pause & Pivot Farm, shaped by Libretto’s Italian-rooted technique and a shared appreciation for from-scratch cooking.
This is not a restaurant experience. It's a one-night gathering of two small food businesses doing what they love, together, for a room full of people who share the same love for local food.
