Workshop: Simple Vinaigrettes
During this workshop, you’ll learn a few techniques that allow you to use what you have in your pantry to craft delicious dressings at home for use on everything from salads to grain bowls to meat dishes. We’ll walk through three simple recipes as a group, then you’ll have a chance to craft your own dressing to take home using a variety of ingredients!
Course includes: instruction, classroom materials, supplies to create take home vinaigrette, printed recipe card, and sampling throughout the event.
This is a great class for friend groups, couples, and individuals looking for a fun, hands-on experience that builds kitchen confidence and creativity.

Easthampton Arts and Ale Trail
A benefit for Resilient Community Arts, Easthampton’s Arts & Ale Trail is a choose-your-own-adventure afternoon through Easthampton’s Mill District, with interactive art, local bites, music, special pours, and plenty of reasons to celebrate.
Bring friends, family, coworkers, and fellow art and ale lovers together and turn your Trail experience into an opportunity to support the arts. Help raise funds to support arts equity in our community.
Farm Kitchen Workshop is one starting (or ending) point on this ½ mile arts and ale trail in Easthampton’s Mill District. Join us and Libretto Café for bites, pours, and art at our cozy facility.
Fantastical Feast - a spooky farm to table experience
Join us for a spooky themed farm to table experience at Farm Kitchen Workshop. In partnership with Libretto Café, we’ve designed an evening of culinary mystery and delight. Using seasonal food from local farms, including ours, and our team’s creativity, we’ll offer you a fantastical feast for both your eyes and stomachs.
During the experiential first hour, take advantage of mystical interactions like mini readings, face painting, and spooky drawing, then sit down for a dinner feast including 5 courses and wine on the table.
Your ticket includes a welcome beverage, on site activities, 5 courses, and beverages at your table*.
*A cash bar will also be available from 6-7.
Costumes welcomed and encouraged, but not required.
Reverse Wine Pairing Dinner with Tip Top Wine Shop
Join Pause & Pivot and Tip Top Wine Shop for a new spin in the classic “wine pairing dinner”. The team from Tip Top led the charge with a list of wines they love and want to share with you, after a tasting, Pause & Pivot’s Farm Kitchen cooks have created a menu to match the wines. This reverse pairing will feature a series of 5 special wines and 5 complementary farm-driven dishes creatively crafted in our Farm Kitchen.
Join us to have a little fun with food and wine to take us into the holiday season.
Tickets are $100 and include 5 pours and 5 dishes.

December Dinner - the culmination
Join us for then final in our year of collaborative seasonal dinners from Pause & Pivot Farm Kitchen and Libretto Café. For this meal, we’l show our gratitude for another year of local produce by revisiting some classic comfort foods using local ingredients from producers and farmers nearby.
Tidings of comfort and joy will be high during this December meal.
Tickets are $90 and include 5 courses, entertainment, and wine on the table.

Join our team and the winemaker from Glendale Ridge Vineyard for a special salad-based feast and wine pairing dinner. Learn about the wild wonderful world of salads and wines from two companies that know their stuff.
Summer's Bounty - a farm-to-table dinner
Join us on August 15th at Farm Kitchen Workshop to explore the bounty of summer’s harvest. Enjoy a multi-course meal featuring some of our favorite produce: peaches, zucchini, basil, tomatoes and so much more.
From welcome bite to salad course to dessert, this event will be a journey through the small farms of our area via your plate.
This meal is a collaboration between Pause & Pivot Farm & Libretto Café and is all inclusive including wine at your table.
Please note: Our Summer’s Bounty menu is vegetarian.
Expect dishes like:
Zucchini carpaccio
Teacup corn bisque with jammy roasted tomato
Peach tomato salad
Roasted garlic tomato focaccia
Eggplant parmesan with fresh tomato sauce
Blueberry galette with sweet corn ice cream

Fundraiser for Dakin Humane Society: Restorative yoga and refreshments at Farm Kitchen Workshop
Join Dreki Soul Yoga and Pause & Pivot Farm for a relaxing Sunday afternoon restorative yoga session in support one of our favorite local animal welfare organizations: Dakin Humane Society. After yoga, enjoy a Farm Kitchen refreshment made with local produce. Yoga mats will be available, or bring your own!
This is a fundraising event. Register and donate to reserve your spot - spaces are limited. All participants who donate are welcome to join us for yoga and refreshments.
100% of proceeds from the day’s session go to Dakin Humane Society.

Drop in anytime between 5:30–9:30 PM on July 24th for an evening of art projects, beverages, food, and fun, no reservation needed!
Bring a friend and order from our curated menu of local beer, unique wines, house-made mocktails, and bar snacks, then choose from a separate menu of art projects to work on while you sip. From Botanical glass hurricanes to watercolor wax relief stationery kits, Caravan Studio will have a variety of projects to work with.
This event is a collaboration between Caravan Studio and Pause & Pivot.

Closed for annual company-wide shut down
As a small family-owned and operated business, we sometimes have to take unconventional approaches to managing the balance of life and business. One of those is to close our business each year in the summer for a period of rest and regrouping. This year we’re closed June 29th - July 11th. We’ll be back July 13th at 7 AM with the food you love, free wifi in our Main Hall, and plenty of creative new surprises up our sleeves.
