On the evening of June 6th, Farm Kitchen Workshop joins forces with friends from Libretto Café — Holyoke's from-scratch Italian café — for a dinner built around what the season is offering in our valley at this moment. The menu will be created for one night only.
The Ephemeral is a set menu dinner moving through a mix of prix fixe courses and family-style dishes, designed collaboratively by our two kitchens. Expect the kind of food that we’re each passionate about: produce and eggs from Pause & Pivot Farm, shaped by Libretto’s Italian-rooted technique and a shared appreciation for from-scratch cooking.
This one-night gathering of two small food businesses doing what they love, together, for a room full of people who share the same love for local food is bound to be special.
